Rubikas Limited, formerly known as Rmira Technology, has been operating in Turkey under the Rmira brand name since 2012, pioneering the development of CRM software tailored specifically for rental car companies. This marked the beginning of our CRM services. In 2015, we expanded our horizons by introducing Quectel vehicle tracking devices into our portfolio, seamlessly integrating them with our CRM software, thus enhancing our service offerings with comprehensive vehicle tracking systems. The year 2016 saw a significant milestone when we commenced the in-house production of our vehicle tracking devices. Since then, we have been consistently delivering top-notch vehicle tracking services to a diverse clientele, including both corporate and individual customers, all powered by our proprietary devices. In 2019, we submitted our application for KOSGEB's Innovation Support Program, featuring Turkey's pioneering fingerprint-based vehicle tracking system. Our efforts bore fruit in 2021 when we achieved the status of an R&D center, underlining our commitment to innovation and technological advancement.

Fast forward to the last quarter of 2022, and we were proudly serving 5,000 companies with 40,000 vehicle tracking devices, extending our reach to all 81 provinces in Turkey. Furthermore, we expanded our global footprint by establishing Rubikas UK in the United Kingdom, successfully representing our nation on the international stage. Backed by our team of seasoned experts, Rubikas Limited is poised for continuous growth, development, and a commitment to ongoing innovation, with the ultimate goal of becoming a frontrunner in the industry. We have set ourselves apart in the field of vehicle telematics, boasting state-of-the-art security alarms, engine-blocking systems, advanced hardware, and the highest level of protection against theft, all fortified with Thatcham S5 and S7 certifications.
